Step out on the balcony and listen to the waves crashing while you enjoy your morning coffee. This unit has one of the most unobstructed views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It is on the first floor and can sleep 6 with a queen-size bed, a pullout sofa, and 2 hallway bunk beds perfect for children. It is literally a few steps away from the ocean and one of the resort's many pools. This 1 bedroom and 1 bath condominium at Gulf Shores Plantation is a perfect "Beach Life Retreat" for your family or a weekend getaway with friends. Magnificent views with the outdoor pool overlooking the beach and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This cozy condo is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all dishes and silverware, and even has a little library. This condo is a smoke-free facility and the resort does not permit pets (except for service animals) So much to do on the grounds of the Gulf Shores Plantation and your unit is close to the Sassy Bass Restaurant should never disappoint! This condo is for sale and may require showing during your stay. If a showing is requested, we can offer a special gift for the interruption to your stay.

Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. • This property is for sale and may require showing during your stay. We will make every effort to notify you of showings that may occur during your stay. • 11 Laundry Rooms, one on each floor of buildings 1, 2, and 3; and 2 on first floor of building 4. (Paid)

House rules

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
