This Hosteeva 1-bedroom condo comes with a private patio and great views. On-site amenities include amazing indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and so much more! Plenty of sleeping arrangements with the master bedroom offering a queen bed, as well as a bunk bed that can comfortably accommodate two people.
Step out on the balcony and listen to the waves crashing while you enjoy your morning coffee. This unit is fully renovated and is a spacious and comfortable retreat ideal for a family getaway. The living space comes with a great dining table perfect for morning breakfast or a cozy family dinner. Every bedroom has large windows letting in plenty of light.

Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• 11 Laundry Rooms, one on each floor of buildings 1, 2, and 3; and 2 on first floor of building 4. (Paid)
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

Pre-Payment Policy: To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
