• 3 stairs required to enter, all beds/baths on the main floor, roll-in shower
• The fireplace is not available for guest use until the winter months
• Fumigation comes every two weeks to ensure the property is clean
• Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located on the front of the house. The camera is outward facing and does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
• There is a security and alarm system inside the property once guests enter. Please reach out to the Guest Contact prior to your arrival date for instructions on how to deactivate the alarm
