• Only dogs are welcome with a $50 pet fee. One dog per reservation (max. 25 lb).
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• Please note we don't provide beach towels.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• Please respect COVID-19 social distancing.
• Suitable for children (2-12 years).
• Suitable for infants (under 2 years).
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

The location of Aqua Villa is perfect. Nice Tom Thumb store right next to the building. Pool was clean and nice.

i loved the views the location and the pool the condo was roomy and great for our family the beds were very comfortable.
