The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has plenty of living area for your family to spread out. It features a private balcony that overlooks the beautiful gulf and white sand beaches. This condo is fully stocked with everything needed during your stay. Shoalwater is in the heart of Orange Beach, and conveniently located to many shopping establishments, attractions and restaurants in both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Enjoy many nearby golf courses, the Gulf Shores Zoo, or miniature golf and go-carting at Adventure Island. Spend a day at Tanger Mall for fun outlet shopping, just a short drive away. The new zipline at The Wharf is a family fun adventure. Boat and Jet Ski rentals are nearby, as are grocery stores and medical. Non-smoking unit. Elevator, Outdoor Pool, Indoor Heated Pool, Children's Pool, Jacuzzi, and Fitness Room. Charcoal Grilled BBQ area & tennis court is also setup in front of the complex.

Things to know

• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old • No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules

House rules

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. • For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
