• Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.

• Pool wristbands are required to be worn at all times when at the pool by residents and guests
• Complimentary Starter Kit Includes:
2 water bottles
1 coffee pack
2 condiment packs for a 1x1, 4 condiment packs for a 2x2 or larger
1 sponge
1 dish soap
1 dishwasher pod, usually 2
1 paper towel
set of soaps per bath - 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 bath gel, 1 lotion, 1 bar of soap.
1 roll of toilet paper per bath

House rules
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
