Welcome to Queen City (Charlotte, NC) and to this charming bungalow located in the historic Belmont neighborhood, newly renovated for your comfort. Situated close to NoDa, the city's arts and entertainment district, you'll be in close proximity to eclectic galleries, music venues, and artisan gift shops. NoDa is also home to some of the city's best local eats, including Southern fare, Cajun cuisine, and pizza, as well as a number of hip dive bars.
This fully-furnished, modern home boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms, featuring an open living and kitchen area for an inviting space to relax or entertain. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a perfectly manicured front yard with beautiful landscaping and architectural details. The front porch, complete with comfortable outdoor seating, is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring this historic city.
Inside, the house features custom-made furniture and attention to detail you'd expect from a luxury vacation home rental. The modern living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa and accent armchair that add a bright pop of color. Only a few blocks from the Light Rail Station, this bungalow is close to all the charming hot spots, including Optimist Hall, great new breweries, boutiques, restaurants, and Cordelia Park.

Things to know
• Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.
• A valid state ID or driver’s license will be required upon booking.
• There is a security camera on the property.
• Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without prior approval from management. The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number originally booked.
House rules
• Local Residents: Guests residing within a 100-mile radius must contact the host prior to booking. Additional restrictions may apply.
• No Parties or Illegal Activity: House parties and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violations may result in a $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit and on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odor.
• Pet Policy
Pets are allowed at an additional ($130+ Tax) fee.
The guest must inform about the pet right after the reservation.
One pet (25 pound maximum limit) per unit max.
All dogs must remain on the leash while in public spaces. The pet owner must pick up all waste. Dogs must not exhibit excessive barking or other disturbing behaviors. The pet owner is responsible for all damages to the property.
Violations may result in a *$500 fee plus additional cleaning charges. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us in advance of their stay.
