Great views with the outdoor pool overlooking the beach and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Vacation time doesn't get any better than this!
This Hosteeva 2-bedroom condo comes with a private balcony and great views. On-site amenities include amazing indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and so much more! Plenty of sleeping arrangements with the master bedroom offering a queen bed.
Step out on the balcony and listen to the waves crashing while you enjoy your morning coffee. This unit is fully renovated and is a spacious and comfortable retreat ideal for a family getaway. The living space comes with a great dining table perfect for morning breakfast or a cozy family dinner. The condo is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all dishes and silverware. Every bedroom has large windows letting in plenty of light.
This condo is a smoke-free facility and the resort does not permit pets (except for service animals)

Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• cYou must be at least 22 years old to rent this property.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

Pre-Payment Policy: To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
