This Hosteeva 2-bedroom condo comes with a private balcony and great views. On-site amenities include amazing indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and so much more! Plenty of sleeping arrangements with the master bedroom offering a queen bed. Step out on the balcony and listen to the waves crashing while you enjoy your morning coffee. This unit is fully renovated and is a spacious and comfortable retreat ideal for a family getaway. The living space comes with a great dining table perfect for morning breakfast or a cozy family dinner. The condo is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all dishes and silverware. Every bedroom has large windows letting in plenty of light. This condo is a smoke-free facility and the resort does not permit pets (except for service animals) So much to do on the grounds of the Gulf Shores Plantation and your unit is close to the Sassy Bass Restaurant and should never disappoint!

Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. • No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules

House rules

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. • NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. • cYou must be at least 22 years old to rent this property. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. • For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
