Turtle's Nest Side is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, duplex located in Gulf Shores, Alabama, just one block from the beach!
This is a spacious condo that has everything you need for a great beach vacation!
The main level offers a great living area with a sleeper sofa, chairs, coffee table, a four-seat breakfast table, and accesses the rear balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home. On the downstairs main floor, you will find a guest bedroom with 2 twin size beds and a private balcony with lagoon views. The guest bathroom is right outside the guest bedroom and doubles as the bathroom for the main floor.
Upstairs you will find built-in bunks beds. On the side of the duplex is the second guest bedroom with Queen Bed, private bathroom, closet, and private balcony that overlooks the volleyball court, and peek-a-boo views of the gulf. On the North side of the upstairs is the Master Bedroom with King Bed, Private Bathroom, closet, and private balcony with views of Little Lagoon.
This property is within walking distance to the lagoon and close to the Gulf, restaurants, shopping and big Gulf Shores events like Shrimp Festival and Hangout! A covered outdoor space with picnic tables and grills, a big fenced backyard with a volleyball net provide a great place for kids or the young at heart! Parking for multiple cars on the left side.

Parking
• Free parking space at the property
• Maximum 3 cars must be parked in front of the house on the left side. Please do not block or park on the left side.
Things to know
• This property is a duplex and has some shared amenities
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• The guest should inform about pets as soon as the reservation is made. Any violation of the pet policy will incur up to a $500 fine.
Pets must be kept on a leash under the guest’s supervision while outside the premises and must only be walked in designated pet areas. A “Pet Shovel” or the equivalent must be used at all times to remove pet waste from the property.
Only dogs are allowed.
Maximum 2 (two) pets per property.
Guests are responsible for all damage to property and people that may be caused by the pet.
The maximum size of the pet is 30 lbs.
Pets inside the properties must be kept clean and sanitary all the time.
For one pet guests should pay a $120 pet cleaning fee + tax.
