Welcome to Pirate’s Nest, located in sunny Gulf Shores, just one block from the beach! This three-bedrooms and the two-and-a-half-bathroom unit is a spacious and comfortable vacation getaway, ideal for a family reunion or friends’ trip. This beach getaway is a 2-level vacation home. The first floor comes with an ocean-blue-colored living area with a cozy sofa, a side table with a lamp, and a matching coffee table. All needed essentials are provided, including an in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is a welcoming space that allows you to make a home-cooked meal or gather around for some take-out. There are so many restaurants and eateries close by, you’ll have plenty of options to choose from and enjoy. And did we mention that the place comes with a private balcony and a patio? From your own private balcony, you’ll be able to see the blue water right across the street. Or you can start your day by enjoying coffee on the furnished patio.

Parking

• Free parking space at the property • Maximum 3 cars must be parked under the house on the left side. Please do not block or park on the right side.

Things to know

• This property is a duplex and has some shared amenities • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.

House rules

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. • NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. • The guest should inform about pets as soon as the reservation is made. Any violation of the pet policy will incur up to a $500 fine. Pets must be kept on a leash under the guest’s supervision while outside the premises and must only be walked in designated pet areas. A “Pet Shovel” or the equivalent must be used at all times to remove pet waste from the property. Only dogs are allowed. Maximum 2 (two) pets per property. The maximum size of the pet is 30 lbs. Guests are responsible for all damage to property and people that may be caused by the pet. Pets inside the properties must be kept clean and sanitary all the time. For one pet guests should pay a $120 pet cleaning fee + tax.
