Parking

• Parking limit: 2 cars • The parking fee is included in the total amount • Passes will be issued by security when entering The Beach Club at the security gate. • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.

Things to know

• Clubhouse Pass starting at $32 includes heated indoor pools, sauna, steam room, game room, fitness room, heated outdoor pool, kiddie pool, access to the locker room, sports equipment for tennis and basketball courts, Gulfside Bar & Grill (poolside) as well as access to some family-friendly activities. • No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules

House rules

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation • State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine • Suitable for children (2-12 years) • Suitable for infants (under 2 years) • For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
