This beautiful oceanfront 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with a private balcony is only steps to the sugar-white sandy beach and stunning views of the ocean. As a guest of this resort, you’ll enjoy year-round swimming in the spacious indoor pool and indoor whirlpools while your little ones can enjoy a kids’ indoor pool.
As far as activities go, you can keep it as low-key or active as you’d like. If you would like to venture out of the resort, there are plenty of crowd-favorite attractions. Along its beachfront boardwalk are arcades, souvenir stands, and restaurants, as well as the old-fashioned Family Kingdom amusement park and the SkyWheel, one of the country’s tallest Ferris wheels. There's no shortage of beautiful sandy beaches, exciting attractions, and celebrity-designed golf courses.

• Please note: Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

• Please note that the city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
