Parking

• Parking is available on a first come first served basis. MAXIMUM 2 CARS PER RESERVATION. There is one remote for the gated lot that will be in the condo for you on arrival. Overflow parking is only allowed in the parking area between the gated lot and the street. Do NOT park in front of the building next door.

Things to know

• Please note we don't provide beach towels • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. • There is a queen sleeper cabinet in the living room. • No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules

House rules

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
