Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

• Gulf Shores Public Beach: This is a beautiful and popular beach that stretches for miles along the Gulf of Mexico. It offers plenty of white sand, turquoise waters, and various beach activities like sunbathing, swimming, surfing, kayaking, parasailing, and more.
• Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo: This is a popular zoo that features over 300 animals from around the world, including tigers, lions, bears, primates, reptiles, and more. The zoo also offers hands-on animal encounters, a petting zoo, and other family-friendly activities.
• Gulf State Park: This is a vast park that spans over 6,000 acres and offers a variety of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, camping, bird watching, and more. It also features two miles of beachfront, a fishing pier, a golf course, and a nature center.
• Waterville USA: This is a fun water park that offers a variety of water rides, slides, pools, and attractions. It also features a mini-golf course, go-karts, and an arcade.
• The Wharf at Orange Beach: This is a popular entertainment district that offers a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It features an amphitheater that hosts live concerts and events, a Ferris wheel, a movie theater, and various restaurants and shops.

Pre-Payment Policy: Full payment 100% is required when you book.
Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
Moderate
Pre-Payment Policy: To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
