Things to know
• Amenities/Clubhouse access is $40/person per day OR $100/per family per day
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old
• There is a rollaway bed in the unit
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

• Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo - This zoo is home to over 300 animals, including tigers, lions, lemurs, and reptiles. Visitors can also take part in animal encounters and feeding experiences.
• The Wharf at Orange Beach - This waterfront entertainment district features shops, restaurants, live music, a Ferris wheel, and a movie theater.
• Fort Morgan - This historic fort dates back to the 19th century and played a crucial role in the Civil War. Visitors can tour the fort and learn about its rich history.
• Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge - This 7,000-acre refuge is home to a variety of native wildlife, including alligators, turtles, and migratory birds. Visitors can hike the trails and observe the animals in their natural habitat.
• The Hangout - This beachside restaurant and entertainment venue features live music, games, and a menu of seafood and Southern cuisine.
• Gulf Shores Public Beach - This popular beach is known for its soft white sand and clear waters. Visitors can swim, sunbathe, and enjoy a variety of beach activities.

Cancellation Policy:All payments are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

Pre-Payment Policy:To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
