Parking

Parking Information (Effective April 1, 2025): • Parking fees are collected by the condominium association upon arrival (card payments only, no cash). • Max 2 vehicles per reservation (strictly enforced). Rates per vehicle: • $20/day for the first 3 days (max $60 per stay). • Free from Day 4-7. • $5/day from Day 8 onward. • Winter Rate Cap (Nov–Mar): Max $60 per stay.

Things to know

• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old

House rules

• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

    Cancellation Policy:Any cancellations after booking will result in a 100% charge.

    Deposit Policy:After booking, we'll ask for a 30%prepayment, with the remaining amount due 15 days before arrival.

    Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
