Welcome to your beautiful beachfront condo in Myrtle Beach, a perfect getaway for your vacation. As you step into this charming unit, you'll immediately be greeted by stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. The spacious living area is thoughtfully decorated with comfortable furnishings, offering a cozy atmosphere for you and your guests. The condo features a modern flat-screen TV with access to local channels, perfect for keeping up with your favorite shows or catching up on the local news. Whether you're unwinding after a day at the beach or looking for indoor entertainment during a rainy day, this TV is here to keep you entertained. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare your own meals. It includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils you might require. You can prepare delicious meals with ease while enjoying the beautiful ocean view from the kitchen window. One of the highlights of this condo is the private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The balcony is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. As for the amenities, this condo is part of a complex that offers both public indoor and outdoor pools. You can enjoy a swim in the indoor pool, perfect for cooler days or evenings, and bask in the sun by the outdoor pool during the sunny Myrtle Beach days. Beach replenishment will be EXPECTED to finish by the second week of July. This is a city project and we have no control over this. We were not aware of when it began and had no notice in advance. But they did let us know its expected end date.

• Parking for 2 cars. • Parking lots are located on Withers Street (parallel to Ocean Blvd.) and one street over/cross from the resort.

Things to know

• Please note: Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding! • Upgraded internet | Perfect for work from the beach! 200mbs/20mbs - Per unit • In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25/per item for replacement. • The indoor pool is located at the main tower

House rules

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. • Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots. • Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. • House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. • You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. • Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
