• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • Just a Friendly Heads-Up! As you make your way to the cabin and travel around the area, please keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding—that's part of the charm of being in the Smokies! Drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Most guests make the trip just fine, and the views are absolutely worth it! If you have any questions or need help with directions, feel free to reach out. Safe travels and we can’t wait to host you!

House rules

• At least one guest must be 25 years or older. • Guest acknowledges and understands that he/she is financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the stated rental period which can reasonably be attributed to the rental party's negligence or abuse. • Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M. Late check-outs will result in additional charges. • Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • No pets are allowed. • No parties are allowed. • For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
