Things to know
• Any damaged, lost items inside the unit will be charged to you. Using your credit card you used for booking. Please see the prices below:
- Any lost towel or damaged towel will be charged 250 PHP each.
- Torn bedsheets, pillow case, lost pillow, and blanket will be 500 PHP each.
- Appliances will be charged accordingly.
- Utensils, plates, cups, mugs, etc. will be Php100 each.
- For long-term stays: cleaning is upon request with a cleaning fee of 400 PHP.
House rules
• No Smoking. Kindly respect our place.
• No Parties are allowed in the unit. It’s a hotel/residential floor, and we don't want unit owners to complain about us which will affect our business. Please understand.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Always keep an eye on if you are bringing children and refrain them from going to the balcony for safety.
• Alteration of any setup inside the unit (writing on the wall, changing the furniture position) is strictly prohibited.
• Please coordinate with the host if you are bringing any vehicle to avoid incorrect charges for parking fee.
• Please maintain the tidiness of the unit.
• Please lock the door by pressing the padlock icon on the digital lock every time you leave the unit.
• No commercial photography.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.

Cancellation Policy:Any cancellations after booking will result in a 100% charge.
Flexible
Deposit Policy:After booking, we'll ask for a 30% prepayment, with the remaining amount due 5 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 5 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
