• For the security of all guests, our property requires vehicle information for each car parking on the premises (maximum of 3). Please provide the driver's name, cell phone number, vehicle make and model, and license plate number for each vehicle. Things to know
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $500 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• NO PARTIES: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. This is the rule of the Condo Association.
