In the absence of any incident or extra charge, the refund is made. • This is a condominium resort • Cleaning service is provided once a week in a 7-night minimum stay. • Additional charge for optional daily cleaning service per day: US$35.00. • Free Shuttle to the beach. • The unit number can be different from the one printed on this confirmation, as the condominium may assign another unit from the same type and capacity. • 3 handicap units upon request. • Free transportation to the beach • Check-In: 4:00pm. If you believe that you will be late, you must notify the property. Check-Out: 10am. House rules

• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $150 fine plus the cleaning costs. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. • No extra beds available • The maximum capacity of the room cannot be exceeded.
