Things to know

• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. • State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. • Bunk bed is a twin over full. • Just a Friendly Heads-Up! As you make your way to the cabin and travel around the area, please keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding—that's part of the charm of being in the Smokies! Drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Most guests make the trip just fine, and the views are absolutely worth it! If you have any questions or need help with directions, feel free to reach out. Safe travels and we can’t wait to host you!

House rules

• NO SMOKING in unit/house. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $500 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • NO PARTIES: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. This is the rule of the Condo Association.
