Parking

• Parking passes must be purchased on-site in the front desk office (3rd floor) between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm. During After Hours, Passes may be purchased using the kiosk on the 3rd floor and wristbands can be picked up the following day. Passes are $50 per pass with a maximum of two passes per reservation. Wristbands will also be provided when you purchase passes and must be worn at all times when on site

Things to know

• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. • No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules

House rules

• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • All guests who choose to stay at San Carlos MUST sign a waiver upon arrival to the condo. • Pets are not allowed. • NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. • State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. • For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

    Cancellation Policy:All payments are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

    Pre-Payment Policy:To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.

    Cancellation Policy:Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
