Parking
• Assigned parking for 1 vehicle. Overflow/guest parking is only available on a first come first served bases.
Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in will be 25 years of age.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Pets are not allowed. The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

This 1,540-foot pier is ideal for fishing, strolling, and taking in panoramic views of the Gulf. It also includes a tackle shop and a restaurant.
• Waterville USA (Approx. 1.5 miles)
A family-friendly water and amusement park featuring water slides, a lazy river, go-karts, mini-golf, and more.
• The Hangout (Approx. 1.7 miles)
A popular beachfront restaurant and entertainment venue known for live music, delicious seafood, and a fun atmosphere—great for families and groups.

Home to over 500 animals, this zoo offers interactive exhibits, animal encounters, and a petting zoo, making it a great outing for families.

Pre-Payment Policy: Full payment 100% is required when you book.
Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
Moderate
Pre-Payment Policy: To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
