Features and amenities

• Modern Comforts
Inside, the home is equipped with all-new stainless steel kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen with appliances such as a hot pot, waffle iron, blender, and more. The dining room seats 10 comfortably, with additional window seating for 4 and a kid’s table for 2. The living room features a Roku TV, cozy lounging area with a fireplace, and fast internet. Downstairs is air-conditioned for comfort.

The basement offers a small lounge area with a pull-out bed, TV, microwave, and mini-fridge. Two large bedrooms downstairs feature high-end queen mattresses, and there’s a full bathroom with a tub and shower.
• Upstairs, you’ll find four large bedrooms with tall ceilings and generous closets. Two rooms have king-sized high-end mattresses—one with a mahogany sleigh bed and the other with a modern black frame. These rooms also feature portable air conditioners. The back bedrooms each have queen-sized high-end mattresses, with one on a leather sleigh bed and the other on a four-poster bed. One room includes a charming fireplace, while the other boasts a private balcony. A full bathroom with a tub and shower is shared, and towels are provided.
• Extra Amenities
The home has a tankless water heater, ensuring hot water on demand. Seven hair dryers, mirrors, and makeup areas in each upstairs bedroom help ease the pressure on shared bathrooms. For families, we provide children’s toys, books, a pack-and-play, stroller, and potty chair. Two parks are nearby, and a public swimming pool is just three blocks away. Older kids will love the Blue Highway Games store, just one block away, where parents can relax with a drink while playing board games.
