Things to know

• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels. • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. • No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules

House rules

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. • For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

We really enjoyed our 6 week stay at 1504 Bluewater. The balcony furniture is probably the best we've seen since we've been coming down to Orange Beach for about 8 years. We so enjoyed our time on the balcony. There were plenty of kitchen dishes, glassware, etc. Kitchen was very well furnished. The unit is nicely decorated which adds so much to the appearance. This is probably the nicest and best furnished units we've rented in Orange Beach.

The condo was perfect! The floor plan was great. We loved that it had plenty of comfortable seating for all of us. The beds were comfortable with more than enough pillows for our family of 5. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beach access was great! The coffee maker worked great. I just can't say enough good things about this condo. It was like home away from home. Best beach condo we have stayed at in Orange Beach. Balcony was great with lots of seating. Wish I could give it 10 stars! Thank you for a great place to stay at Orange Beach.

The condo was beautiful and the views were absolutely amazing! It had state of the art appliances and a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful dishes and bowls, small appliances, etc. We go every year in September to Orange Beach and we will definitely stay here again!!!

Everything worked as expected, Great place to unwind even with Hurricane Francine affecting some of the things we wanted to do. Will hopefully book again the next chance we can for a trip to Orange Beach.

Absolutely loved this condo. Annual girls trip, first time at this property/condo but already decided that we will be back to this condo. Loved the furniture, stocked kitchen with dual coffee maker (loved), extra large balcony with plenty of seating. Nice pool with bathrooms at the pool and easy water to the beach. Easy check-in and check-out. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay even with rain.

Perfect for us and our daughter and son-in-law and 2-year granddaughter. The outdoor balcony felt like a whole other room! Enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools! Easy access to the beach. Had everything we needed.

Great property for our family! We stayed in early August and basically had the beach and the pool to ourselves all week. The place and amenities were perfect. The only thing about this rental I didn’t love is that there are no recycling options. I didn’t see any throughout our week though so maybe it’s just the general area.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The huge balcony was great for our party of 5. Everything was as the pictures showed. It is a very spacious, comfortable property which I would definitely rent again. Bluewater did not disappoint!
