Parking
• Parking for 2 vehicles max.
• Both vehicles must be parked in front of the garage for unit 15. Please do not park in front of other properties.
• The parking fee is included in the total amount.
Things to know
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

• Perdido Key State Park – Just across the border into Florida, this park is known for its pristine beaches and great spots for picnicking, swimming, and bird watching.
• Orange Beach Waterfront Park – A scenic park with a fishing pier, picnic areas, playgrounds, and walking trails. It's perfect for family outings.
• Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar – A legendary beach bar located on the Florida-Alabama state line, known for live music, delicious seafood, and its famous annual mullet toss event.
• Cotton Bayou Public Beach – A nearby public beach access with free parking and restrooms, offering easy access to white sand beaches and clear Gulf waters.

Pre-Payment Policy:To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
