Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • No pets are allowed. • No parties are allowed. • Please note that a $50.00 replacement fee will be charged for lost parking pass.
