About
Life is sweet at Arcadia. What was once a 1950 mid-century modern motel, has been given a second chance to create community for the modern traveler. This boutique hotel is locally ran, independently owned, and centrally located amongst Garden City’s blooming neighborhoods!
We can’t tell you how thrilled we are to be immersed in the vibrant bustle of new eateries, wineries, breweries, art blocks, and community event centers that surround us.
If you are in search of adventure, a brief work retreat, staycation, or are just in town to catch a concert or event, Arcadia extends a warm welcome for you to stay with us and relish in the good times!
We do not follow traditional hotel rules. You will find that our contactless check-in is perfect for the modern traveler.
Our staff is on-site from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, if you need assistance outside of these hours, we are here to help. We are locally ran, so we don’t mind running to you! In addition, our 24/7 team is always by the phone and are stoked to serve you, so give us a call if you need something after hours!
Features and amenities
• Forget about boring old check-ins. At Arcadia, you will find that our user-friendly self-check-in system will welcome you at all hours, allowing you to arrive worry-free at your convenience. Your door code will be emailed and texted to you before arrival. It's like magic, but with fewer rabbits and no room keys to lose!
We have free on-site parking! Space is limited and on a first come, first serve basis. In the event that spaces are full, don’t sweat it, street parking is free.

Good news! We have free on-site parking! Spaces are limited and on a first come, first serve basis. In the event that spaces are full, don’t sweat it, street parking is abundant, free and safe. More good news, we just added an overflow parking area, just around the corner, on 34th and Brown Street. Also, safe and free!
Things to know
• All children over the age of 3 must be included in the total guest count at the time of booking
• Guests traveling with a service animal are required to provide a valid credit card. This information will be securely held on file for the duration of the stay.
• Hotel Staff On-Site Hours : 9:00AM-5:00PM. If you need assistance after hours, we are here to help. We are locally ran, so we do not mind running to you! Give us a call at (208)- 510 - 0534 if you need something after hours!
• Early Check In & Late Check Out are offered for $20 each, but do depend on availability, so please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to extend your stay
• Lost & Found: if a guest leaves behind an item, staff will present the item to management for safekeeping. The guest is responsible for postage if the item needs to be shipped to the guest after checkout.

Discounts are available when you are visiting many of our surrounding neighbors! For best recommendations, come into the middle building reception during office hours and we can share the best local secrets and discounts with you!
What does Contactless mean? It means you can check in easily after a long day without having to search for your key! It doesn't mean that we do not want to make contact. In fact we are friendly and love to get to know our guests! Come visit us in the reception area from 9am - 5pm to learn the history of this historical hotel and say hello!

• Our entire property is non-smoking
• Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all rooms and property, a $300 fine will be applied to your credit card for any violation of this policy.
• Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.

Pre-Payment Policy: After booking, we'll ask for a 100% prepayment.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival, the full amount will be Non-refundable. Cancellations made after booking will forfeit the processing fee of up to 3% of the total amount.
