Parking
• Parking for 2 cars max.
• The parking fee is included in the total amount.
• Additional parking for a third vehicle is available for purchase on-site for an additional fee.
Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Quiet hours will be noted as 11:00 PM till 7:00 AM for the Property’s tranquility.

• Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo: Known as the "Little Zoo That Could," this zoo is home to over 100 species, including lions, leopards, monkeys, and reptiles. It offers interactive animal encounters and is a favorite destination for families.
• Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge: This refuge provides a sanctuary for migratory birds, nesting sea turtles, and other wildlife. Visitors can explore its trails to experience the coastal habitats and observe the diverse flora and fauna.
• Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club: For golf enthusiasts, this club offers a 27-hole championship course set amidst live oaks and cypress trees, providing a challenging and picturesque golfing experience.
