House rules
• Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• All Domus Flats destinations are fully Non-Smoking properties. Smoking is not allowed in the Flat, on the balcony, or within any of the common areas within the Domus Flat Premises. Violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the Flat and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are enforced every night from 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
• Dogs are welcome at $125 fee per stay (a maximum of two pets per room). Weight limit of your pet shall be 50 pounds or less.
• Service animals are welcome at all Domus Flats properties.

Pre-Payment Policy:The total amount will be charged 2 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:Cancel 2 days prior to arrival - No penalty. The total amount will be charged if the reservation is canceled within 2 days of arrival.
