Located on the peaceful west side of Big Bear Lake in the cove of Boulder Bay, this custom cabin is away from the crowds but still close to key attractions; 5 miles to Snow Summit Ski Resort, 3 miles to the village, 2 miles to the closest marina. Some of Southern California's best hiking trails are less than half a mile away including Castle Rock Trail. Just across from the lake, there are views of the lakes through the trees, and is a short walk to the shore. Decorated with a modern mountain motif, this home is sure to please and will make you feel at home in the mountains. Come enjoy all four seasons that Big Bear Lake has to offer.
Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This nature lover’s paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing. In the summer, visitors love to play water sports, horseback rides, golf, hiking, and mountain biking. Head to Big Bear when you need a healthy dose of fresh air, exercise, and rejuvenation.

• Use of outdoor activities is prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am.
• Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle.
• This home does not have AC
• Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
House rules
• This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $35 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
• No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine.
• Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
• We have the right to report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud

Cancellation Policy:Any cancellations after booking will result in a 100% charge.
Moderate
Deposit Policy:After booking, we'll ask for a 30%prepayment, with the remaining amount due 15 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
