Spacious and Comfortable Living Areas: Step into the cozy living room, where you can unwind after a day of exploring. With comfortable seating, high ceilings, and a welcoming ambiance, it’s the perfect spot to relax and spend quality time with loved ones. The upstairs family room has 2 arcade cabinets and a large flat-screen smart TV, great for enjoying games, shows, or movies.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Our modern kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you’ll find everything you need right at your fingertips. Enjoy your meals in the adjacent dining area, which comfortably seats all guests.
Relaxing Bedrooms: The house features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms offer a mix of queen-size and twin beds, perfect for accommodating families and groups.

** Please note we have a long gravel driveway that is steep in parts. It is strongly recommended that you have 4WD. There is a portion of the lower driveway where 2WD vehicles can park, but guests will have to hike 100feet up the driveway to the house.**

Things to know
• The indoor fireplace is not functional. Please do not attempt to use it.
• We provide a "starter package" of consumable goods for your stay, which includes a limited amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, one dish sponge, dishwasher tabs (if applicable), and laundry pods or detergent. Our hope is for you to begin enjoying your stay as soon as you arrive, however, the items included in the "starter package" are not meant to last the duration of your stay. Please plan to pack or purchase items you may need beyond was is provided.
• Our check in time is at 4:00 p.m. and our check out time is at 10:00 a.m. We ask that you please be respectful of these times to allow our cleaning team to properly prepare the house and for the next guests to enjoy their stay as much as we hope you do! Adjusting either time may be possible, upon request and depending on availability, for an additional $25 fee.
• Guests will have access to the entire house.
House rules
• This is a pet friendly property, but we do charge a $150 pet fee. You can bring multiple pets, they can be large or small, as long as you pay the fee. This fee will will be added in after you book your reservation.
• Failure to inform us of your pets staying at the property will result in a $300 fine. 2 pets are the maximum that we allow in the home, cats are not allowed!

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
