Things to know
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

• The Hangout – A popular beachfront spot with live music, outdoor games, Southern-style food, and a lively atmosphere. Ideal for families during the day and more upbeat in the evenings.
• Pink Pony Pub – A Gulf Shores classic right on the beach. Known for its pink exterior, relaxed vibe, and seafood with a view.
• Waterville USA – Just minutes away, this seasonal water and amusement park features slides, wave pools, mini-golf, and go-karts—great for a family day out.
• The Wharf at Orange Beach – A short drive east, The Wharf offers shopping, dining, a marina, and an amphitheater with live shows and events.

Pre-Payment Policy:To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
