• No BBQing permitted Only lite cooking allowing No frying or cooking of anything w/ overwhelmingly or pungent odors please (no exhaust to the outside)
• Must be 25 y.o. or older to book. All guest must be 25 y.o. or accompanied by parent or guardian.
• Absolutely no house parties allowed.
• No unauthorized guest at anytime. No more guest in room than room sleeps at anytime. Respect other guest.
• Violation of any of these house rules will result in removal from the property without refund.
• 2 night minimum 3 for holidays
