Book your stay in our one bedroom apartment in a historic part of Galveston within steps to Pleasure Pier and beaches! Perfect for couples looking to enjoy local bars like Gizmo next door or Lafittes at the end of the block. Please check with host for min stays on all Holidays. 2 night minimum during summer months. Two adults only please. This unit is downstairs portion of home and upstairs guests may create noise. Please no unapproved guests without prior consent. Holdovers cost min $100 Private one bedroom apartment on the first floor of our two story home. Street parking only w/ provided pass Just steps away to Pleasure Pier and beaches.

Things to know

• Street parking only with provided pass. First floor apartment with potential for noise from upstairs unit. • Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM • Host is only permitted to correspond with the actual guest that makes the reservation Any inquiries and or other communication with Host must go thru the guest who makes reservation. In the event of unforeseen issues that prevent the stay we offer a comparable unit or offer full refund if guest cancels. Holdovers (staying beyond check out) can be very costly and time consuming for housekeeping maintenance & the linen service requiring rescheduling and delays in prepping for the arriving guest. A min charge of $100 may be imposed for all holdovers SPECIAL NOTES: FYI Neighboring unit is having a garage sale in the driveway March 13th- March 15th 2026

House rules

• No pets • No parties or events • No commercial photography. • Smoking is not allowed. • Please be respectful of other tenants and courteous. No Smoking, No pets, One parking pass per unit, Sleeps 2 Two guest max. Must be 25YO or older to book. All adult guests must be 25YO or accompanied by parent. Absolutely no house parties allowed. No unauthorized guest at anytime. No more guest in room than room sleeps at anytime. Respect other guest. Violation of any of these house rules will result in removal from the property without refund. Thank you in advance for following all house rules. 2 night minimum 3 for holidays

    Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

    Pre-Payment Policy: To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.

    Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
