• The residence has no dedicated parking. Only street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Things to know

● This unit is on the 2nd floors of the building with no elevator. ● We may use video surveillance in public areas. ● For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request ● We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we’ll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out. ● Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. ● State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. ● City residents are required to book a minimum of a 3-night stay. ● Attention: Your unit number is 1523B. The main door to your unit is located within the courtyard, so you’ll need to enter the courtyard first before reaching your unit. The courtyard has two gate entrances: First Gate: Located between 1525 and 1527 Carondelet St. Use the gate code provided to open this courtyard entrance. Second Gate: Located at 1719 Terpsichore St. Use the same gate code for access. Once inside the courtyard, follow the directions to your unit’s main door.

House rules

• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine. • NO SMOKING in unit. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. • Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • Any exceptions to the rules and regulations, as written here, must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. • Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

    Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
