• First-floor access with a couple of stairs • All bedrooms located on the second floor • Daily housekeeping available upon request (additional fee) • Check-in after 4 p.m.; check-out by 10 a.m. • Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed • Extra guests require management consent • State ID or driver’s license copy required upon booking • City residents must book a minimum 3-night stay • A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request

House rules

• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. • Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • Any exceptions to the rules and regulations, as written here, must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. • Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
