• Parking passes are $60 per car with a 2-car MAX limit. Passes can be purchased on-site at the Front Desk

Things to know

• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old • No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules

House rules

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. • House parties are not allowed at the property. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space Age restriction applies: - Traveler must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation. -Proof of age is required.
