Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

• Waterville USA - a water park with slides, lazy river, wave pool, go-karts, mini-golf, and other attractions for all ages.
• Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo - a zoo featuring over 300 animals, including big cats, primates, reptiles, and birds, as well as a petting zoo and animal encounters.

Pre-Payment Policy:Full payment 100% is required when you book.
Cancellation Policy:All payments are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

Pre-Payment Policy:To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Only downside right now is 1 elevator is down so the wait to go up and down is ideal
