Step into the light and bright Living Room and instantly get the mountain vibe with the vaulted, knotty-pine ceilings and cozy wood-burning stove. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a large TV with cable for your entertainment. There is WiFi as well for all your devices. This is the perfect spot to kick back after a long day of mountain fun! Just behind the Living Room is a spacious Dining Room. Whether you are sharing a meal or getting competitive with some board games, there is plenty of space for the whole family here. The large kitchen features newer appliances and has everything you need for cooking and eating during your stay. Step out the large slider to a spacious deck with seating and a charcoal BBQ. When it comes time to relax, you will love the private spa! The kids will love the play structure in the back yard! When you are ready to turn in, the main floor has 1 Bedroom with a Queen Bed and 1 Full Bath. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience. Upstairs you will find 2 more Bedrooms - one with a comfy Queen Bed and one with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed. There is another Full Bath upstairs. No matter what season of the year you are visiting Big Bear, there is so much to do, and Take a Break is located so close to all of it! Bring your family up to the mountains and make memories to last a lifetime!

A $350.00 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected. • No pets are allowed. Guests who bring pets to a property that is NOT pet friendly will be asked to remove the pet immediately and will be charged a $500 fee to cover carpet and upholstery cleaning.
