Things to know

• Primary traveler must be at least 18 years old to book. • $250 security deposit required at check-in. • Parking fee $10 / vehicle • No pet fee for service animals • Pet of AGGRESSIVE breeds are not allowed • Please note the unit doesn’t include a full kitchen or eating utensils • Hotel is non-smoking. • $300 minimum will be charged for smoking in the hotel and guest will be asked to vacate the room without refund. • Quiet hours are from 9 P.M. to 8 A.M. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.

    Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 0% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 5 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

    Pre-Payment Policy: To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.

    Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

    The room was very hot, I ended up opening all the windows and turning the fans on high to sleep. Bed definitely needs a upgrade.
