• Parking for up to 4 vehicles including a boat on a trailer
Things to know
• Boating access- please note that motorized boats cannot be pulled up to the deck at the house but can be launched at the community launch and tied up at the community pier. Large boats are not recommended due to the shallow water in Little Lagoon. Due to changing tides, while you may be able to launch kayaks and canoes at the house, access in to the lagoon may change and not always be available
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• Pets Allowed: Dogs only (maximum of 2 per reservation). Each dog must weigh no more than 30 lbs. A pet fee of $150 + tax applies per dog.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

• Gulf Shores Public Beach – Just minutes away, this is a wide, clean beach with white sand, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and long walks.
• Gulf State Park – A large park with hiking and biking trails, a fishing pier, and picnic areas. Ideal for nature lovers and outdoor activities.
• Waterville USA – A family-friendly water and amusement park with slides, lazy river, mini-golf, and go-karts.
• Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo – A well-maintained zoo known for up-close animal encounters, ideal for kids and families.
• The Hangout – A popular beachfront restaurant and entertainment venue with live music, games, and a fun atmosphere.
• Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge – A peaceful spot for bird watching, kayaking, and scenic trails.
• Gulf Shores Museum – Learn about local history, hurricanes, and Gulf Shores' heritage in this small but informative museum.
• Adventure Island (Orange Beach) – Nearby attraction offering laser tag, bumper boats, arcade games, and a giant erupting volcano.
• Fishing Charters – Numerous local charters offer deep sea and inshore fishing trips from Gulf Shores and Orange Beach marinas.
• The Wharf at Orange Beach – Shopping, dining, a Ferris wheel, and a marina – a great spot for a day trip or evening outing.

Pre-Payment Policy: Full payment 100% is required when you book.
Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
Moderate
Pre-Payment Policy: To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
