Beautiful 1 bedroom condominium with an area of 800sqm with ocean view, equipped with 1 King bed, sofa bed in the living room almost the size of a double bed. Accommodation 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old (Additional person has a cost of U$30 + taxes. (Maximum capacity of adults). Hot water, private bathroom, high-speed wireless internet, HD Smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful terrace facing the beach, perfect to enjoy a beautiful sunset.

• Outdoor pool working hours: 07:00 AM - 08:00 PM
• The front desk is open Monday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with extended hours on Friday and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Early or late check-in/out is available upon request
House rules
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Traveler must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
• Pets Allowed: Pet policy: 30USD extra per day per pet
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
