Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Pets are not allowed • This home is in a quiet neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum and refraining from loud parties.

    For others staying bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. We forgot sometimes Airbnb Doesn’t provide those. Overall wonderful stay.
