Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed 2-bedroom, 3-bath layout with built-in twin bunk alcoves, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests 👨👩👧👦. The open living space is warm and inviting, while the kitchen features sleek granite countertops and everything you need to cook and gather 🍳. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening breeze ☕🌅.

Parking
• 2 parking passes will be left in the property. These passes must be completely filled out and placed in your vehicle once you arrive. No additional passes are available
• The parking fee is included in the total amount
Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

Pre-Payment Policy: To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
