Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels.
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Late check out is only available based on availability (need to check on the same day with housekeeper).
• If a late check out is NOT available, we do request our guests to free the unit by specified check.
• You must be at least 22 years old to rent this property.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

• Gulf Shores Public Beach: Just a short drive east, this beach offers pristine sands and clear waters, perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
• Gulf State Park: Approximately 6 miles away, this park features hiking trails, a fishing pier, and opportunities for bird watching.
• The Wharf: Located about 8 miles northeast, The Wharf offers shopping, dining, and entertainment, including one of the largest Ferris wheels in the Southeast.
• Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo: Around 5 miles from your location, this zoo is home to over 500 exotic animals and offers interactive encounters.
• Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge: Approximately 7 miles west, this refuge provides trails through diverse habitats, ideal for nature walks and wildlife observation.
• Fort Morgan: Situated about 20 miles west, this historic site offers tours of a pre-Civil War fort and panoramic views of Mobile Bay.
• Waterville USA: Roughly 5 miles away, this water and amusement park features slides, a lazy river, and mini-golf, making it a family-friendly destination.
• The Track Family Fun Park: Located about 6 miles east, this park offers go-karting, mini-golf, and arcade games for all ages.
• Dolphin Cruises: Various operators in the area offer cruises to observe dolphins in their natural habitat, providing a memorable experience on the water.
• The Hot Shop at The Coastal Arts Center: Approximately 9 miles northeast, this facility allows visitors to watch artists at work and even participate in glass-blowing classes.

Pre-Payment Policy: Full payment 100% is required when you book.
Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
Moderate
Pre-Payment Policy: To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
