• Additional parking is available at the office located at 333 Ski Mountain Road, Gatlinburg, TN 37738
Things to know
• Foosball, Ping Pong, Pool Tables, Video Games, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes and Tennis available at 3 different clubhouses between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
• You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
• Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy
• Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges
• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed
• All Pools Open from Memorial weekend and Close after Labor Day weekend.
- North Clubhouse: Pool hours are from 9a-9p Friday – Tuesday closed Wednesdays for maintenance. South Baden
- Clubhouse: Pool hours are from 9a-9p Friday – Monday closed on Tuesdays for maintenance Upper Alpine

• Please Note:
The property is located at the top of a steep hill that is not maintained by our company. Guests arriving by car should use caution when driving up, especially during wet or icy conditions.

• No pets allowed
• PLEASE NOTE that the property is NON-SMOKING.
• Please note, a $1,000 fee applies for any non-disclosed pets or smoking inside the unit. Either violation results in immediate eviction without refund.

Pre-Payment Policy: To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Out of our whole stay it was well worth it. Just research the roads going to it before booking. That last left turn pulling in is a tough one.
