• Free parking space at the property. Max 1 car. • It's not allowed to park in front of the registration building. • Metered street parking is located next to the building

Things to know

• Please note: Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. This is mandatory to ensure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding! • Starter pack toiletries are provided; additional towels are available for $35 and must be requested before 5:00 PM. • Upgraded internet – perfect for working from the beach! (200 Mbps / 20 Mbps per unit) • Pool hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM • PLEASE NOTE: All pools will be closed from December 8–24, 2025. • Please note that the city is currently working on the ocean pipes, which may result in noise at certain times. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. 3 outdoor pools including lazy river 1 indoor heated pool

House rules

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. • Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots. • House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. • You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. • Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.

    Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
